We are pleased to announce that Jeff Sinton has been appointed the District Scout Network Leader for Midlothian. Jeff comes with considerable experience from Portobello and is keen to meet leaders and potential Networkers.

Jeff will be spending the next few months getting to know Explorer Units and making likes to build on the Network.
