Richard Fairbairn was appointed Deputy District Commission for Midlothian at the recent District Annual General Meeting.

Announcing the appointment Colin Harrison, District Commissioner said, “Richard has been acting as my Deputy for some time, his appointment as Deputy, gives his work the formal recognition”

Richard Fairbairn said “I’m delighted to accept the role as Deputy District Commissioner for Midlothian. Over the coming months I will be helping Colin and the rest of the District team move things forward in the District, and this appointment gives me more scope to do so.”

“I shall also continue to be the District support contact for Cubs”
