Midlothian District Scout Council has sucessfully applied to become a Registered Scottish Charity SC041302.

This charity no should be used by for all District activities (including Explorers and Network) and quoted on

• Annual Reports & Accounts
• Letters and e-mails
• Advertisements, notices and official publications
• Any document soliciting money or other property for the benefit of the charity (e.g.
  sponsorship forms, collection envelopes, leaflets requesting items for sale etc)
• Purchase orders, bills, invoices, receipts etc
• Educational and campaign documentation
• Conveyances and contractual documentation

Please note, that Groups MUST use their own charity number, and where they haven't got one, they are free to apply to www.oscr.org.uk to get one.
